GETTING STARTED

Proof of address such as a utility bill.

A padlock (available on site to buy).

A £50 fully refundable deposit

Payment for an initial period (minimum four weeks) by cash or prior bank transfer.

You will be given a copy of our T&C's and an agreement which you will need to sign.

HOW DO I KNOW SOMEONE ELSE DOESN'T HAVE ACCESS TO MY POSSESSIONS?

Your storage unit is securely locked by yourself and only YOU will have the key, not even us.  

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME I CAN STORE WITH YOU?

As long as you want we charge a minimum of four weeks and a weekly rate after that.

You only need to give us a three day notice period, so that you will never have to pay for space you do not need.

HOW DO I PACK & UNPACK EVERYTHING?

We have a range of suitable packing materials and supplies that you may purchase from us beforehand. On arrival, you will have full use of our excellent loading/unloading facilities, on site free parking with trolleys available to make the process as easy as possible. We can also recommend a man with a van if needed.

Insurance can normally be arranged through your home insurance provider,  or alternatively we have recommended insurance providers. Please speak to us for further details.
